Making a Egg Roll - Street food of India

#EggRoll... Very tasty and every one love to eat it. Because of its taste it is becoming very popular these days. It is healthy and takes less time to prepare. In metro cities like #Delhi, #Mumbai, #Hyderabad, #Bangalore, #Lucknow, #Jaipur ... where people have less time and want tastier and #HealthierFood #EggRoll is the one of the first choice.

During the visit of #NewDelhi I enjoyed this #EggRoll. Whenever I eat #Eggroll, usually #StreetFood #vendors used pre baked #Chapatti or #LachaParatha but this guy make fresh #LachaParatha. First he roll thin dough, then fry it from both the sides, beat the egg and with salt, then he pore the egg mixture onto the hot plate. After then he set the #Paratha on to the vet egg.  Once the frying process has done he put #marinated #onions / #shallots and fried #cabbage and peas on to the middle of the #Patatha (upside egg). He used some Street #TomatoCatchup #ChiliSauce #mayonnaise and some other sauces. Then he rolled it and rap it into a #TissuePaper. All this nice, crispy, tastier and healthier #EggRoll. I enjoyed this #IndianStyleRoadSideMeal for just 40 cents / $ .40 . I had it in at #VikasMarg near #LaxmiNagar.
